How to Order

Follow these steps to initiate a new screening report from your dashboard.

Guide to Submitting a Request

Ensure you have the candidate's full legal name, date of birth, and SSN (if applicable) before starting a request to prevent delays.

How to Submit a Background Check

Navigate to the 'New Order' tab. Fill in the required fields marked with an asterisk (*). You can save candidate profiles for future use.

Report Delays

If a report is taking longer than expected, it is usually due to the courthouse requiring a clerk to physically retrieve records. We automatically update estimated times when delays are detected.

How to Track Your Order

Go to the My Orders section. You will see a status bar indicating if the order is Pending, Processing, Completed, or Clear.

Understanding Your Report

Reports are broken down by check type. A 'Clear' status means no records were found. A 'Consider' status means a record was found and requires review.

FCRA Summary

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) promotes accuracy, fairness, and privacy of information in consumer reports. Key requirements include providing a clear disclosure to the candidate and obtaining a written authorization form before procuring a report.

Warning: Failure to comply with FCRA (USA) can result in statutory damages.

Dispute a Report

If you believe there is an inaccuracy in a report, you have the right to dispute it. Please submit a detailed description of the error via our dispute form, and we will re-verify the information with the source.

Download Invoice

All invoices are generated automatically on the 1st of every month. Access them via Account Settings → Billing → Invoices.

Update Payment

To avoid service interruptions, ensure your card on file is valid.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing dashboard. Access to the platform will remain until the end of your current billing cycle.
